These terms, conditions and disclaimer apply to the Style to Success Path course and information provided by Living for Style.

Services
Living for Style offers certain online course content relating to personal styling, fashion and related subjects. The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Living for Style reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion. Courses may be withdrawn at any time, subject to thirty days prior notice.

Payment and Registration
The fee for the Style to Success Path course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full as the one-time payment, or the first monthly instalment prior to receiving access to the course. You are responsible for non-payment and of the monthly instalments, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party.If your Fee is not paid, you will be notified that you will no longer have access to the course. Access will be reinstated upon payment of the Fee.

Courses will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, or bank transfer. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of your registration, alongside payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds
Following the start of the course which commences once the full or first payment is received, a refund cannot be offered. Living for Style reserves the right to cancel the Style to Success path course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course commences. Living for Style will refund all fees paid by you for the cancelled course. Living for Style’s liability when it cancels the Style to Success Path course will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Online Course. For partial cancellation of an Online Course, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis.

Copyright
All materials – including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other content – appearing via Living for Style and/or on the Website are protected by copyrights and/or other proprietary rights belonging to Living for Style and/or other third parties. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in AUS, the US, UK and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.
You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Style to Success Path course and/or on the Website.  You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the Style to Success Path course and/or on the Website only for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to maintain the security of any user name and password required for accessing the Style to Success Path course. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and/or password. Only you may access the course using your login details.

Data protection and confidentiality
By registering with Living for Style and by paying the fees, you agree to Living for Style collecting and using your personal data. This will be done in accordance with Living for Style’s privacy policy. Living for Style values the privacy of their clients. Discretion is guaranteed & personal information is kept secure. Living for Style does not sell or exchange our client information to third parties.
Please note that Pinterest and other social media platforms may be used as a visualisation tool for consultations. Pages created for your style visualisation may be public to other Pinterest users. Please advise if you prefer otherwise.

Technology requirements 
The Style to Success Path course is facilitated through an online learning management platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the course. Living for Style is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on Living for Style’s or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.

Limitation of liability
Except in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, Living for Style accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue or missed profits.
Term
The service is provided for the lifetime of the course, as decided by Living for Style.
Law and venue
Any disputes in connection with this agreement are governed by Australian law and must be brought before the courts of Australia.
